Privacy on this website

The short version: we only use what you send us to answer you, we do not track you around the web, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who we are

This website is run by the operator named in our legal notice, who operates Dantive while the company is being formed, from Sabadell, near Barcelona, Spain. You can reach us at info@dantive.com.

What we use your details for

When you write to us, ask for a Snapshot or a pilot, we use your name, email, company and whatever you tell us to reply, to prepare what you asked for, and to follow up about Dantive. If you ask for a Snapshot, we also use the competitor you name. If you subscribe to the Signal Wire newsletter, we send it until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any issue.

We do this because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

No tracking

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We may count visits in a privacy-friendly way that does not use cookies or identify you. Fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not send your details to anyone else.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Your messages reach our email and our customer records. These providers handle data on our behalf, and where they are outside the EU, appropriate safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete it within two years of our last contact. If you become a customer, the privacy notice inside the Dantive service applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or receive a copy, by writing to info@dantive.com. We reply within a month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
